Terms and conditions
If your animal is dead when it arrives, text or email us a picture of the dead chameleon within four hours of its arrival.
If you can not properly care for this animal, or do not have all of the necessary equipment to care for this animal, DO NOT purchase it.
Customers must be present for delivery on the first try of shipping. If the customers are not present it is no longer our responsibility for the wellness of the animal.
We can refuse sale to any costumer, for any particular reason of our own.
Any order canceled before shipping will be refunded minus a $30 processing fee.
We only ship Monday through Thursday. Packages ordered on Monday will usually leave on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery, but orders can take 24 to 72 hours to process.
Once an animal is shipped the order can not be canceled and there will be NO refunding or returns. Please consider this before ordering.
